LogicalSolutions.net is a fully SAS70 Compliant Datacenter Facility. The new Enterprise Class Datacenter has successfully completed our Statement on Auditing Standards Number 70 (SAS 70) Type II audit and will be receiving our report in mid February 2010.
Our Enterprise Class Facility is audited by an independent Auditing Firm on the Controls related to Network Redundancy, Security Monitoring, Change Management, Power Infrastructure, Support Services, Environmental Controls, Logical Access and Physical Access.
The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recognizes the SAS 70 as an official Auditing Statement by the Auditing Standards Board of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). A Type II report is the highest level of reporting, which includes a Type I as well as testing the Control Objectives outlined in the SAS70 Report.
